These Terms of Use constitute a contract concluded electronically between Turla360 Turizm A.Ş. and the user accessing the platform or benefiting from its services.

Turla360 is a multi-vendor tour booking infrastructure; it offers activity services such as paragliding, ATV, safari and boat tours on behalf of tour operators. The contract falls within the scope of Turkish E-Commerce Law No. 6563 and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

• You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information is essential; otherwise the account may be suspended.
• A natural person may hold at most one membership account.
• Foreign nationals may register with their passport details.

A booking is a distance service contract concluded between the user and the relevant tour operator. Turla360, acting as an intermediary platform, provides the service connection between the parties.

• Payments are collected through the PayTR 3D Secure infrastructure.
• The booking confirmation e-mail is deemed to be the moment the contract is delivered to the party.
• In the event of a pricing error or unavailability, the user is entitled to a full refund.

• Operators must hold a valid licence issued by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
• Tour content, safety standards and execution are the direct responsibility of the operator.
• Turla360, acting as an intermediary, is not directly liable for the actual performance of the tour.

• To act in accordance with the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
• Not to attempt unauthorised access to the software or database.
• Not to produce defamatory, insulting or misleading review content.
• Account security (password, session) is entirely the user’s responsibility.

All content, design, logos and software on the platform belong to Turla360 and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and trademark legislation. Copying, reproduction or republication for commercial purposes is prohibited.

• Turla360’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant transaction.
• Force majeure and third-party cyber attacks fall outside the scope of liability.
• No obligation to compensate arises from temporary interruptions caused by technical failure.

• These terms are governed by Turkish law.
• The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over disputes.
• The right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee is reserved.
